The technology and regulatory provider investify TECH and Berlin-based ICM InvestmentBank AG are expanding their collaboration, which began in 2020: the focus is on further digitalisation and regulatory solutions, while a dedicated app will further increase customer benefits.<\/em><\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n

Founded in 1999 as a buyout of the HypoVereinsbank Group, ICM InvestmentBank AG (ICM) is an asset manager that focuses on excellent research and individualised client support. With 50 employees, it now manages around 500 million euros in client assets. Together with investify TECH, ICM had already focussed on digital solutions at an early stage in order to grow in its core business of asset management. In 2020, the range of services was expanded with the help of the investify TECH platform to include a digital sales and support channel, particularly for smaller mandates. The focus here was on being able to guarantee the usual high quality of service in this segment as well. Today, various studies show that, in addition to digitalisation, minimising the costs of regulated and unregulated processes is becoming increasingly important. This is why the expansion of the cooperation is now focussing on adding value to the core business, i.e. supporting high-net-worth clients. It is precisely for this purpose that investify TECH has significantly expanded its range of services in recent years.<\/p>\n

“We always endeavour to offer our customers the best possible advice and transparency – in a modern and convenient way for the customer. Investify TECH offers us the right tools for this, which are developed and implemented according to our ideas on the basis of their proven platform,” says ICM CEO Dr Norbert Hagen. One example of this will be the new ICMsuite app, which is based on the reliable investify TECH platform and will offer the Berlin-based asset manager’s clients comprehensive transparency regarding their assets under management.<\/p>\n

End clients who use the expanded range of services will of course also benefit from ICM’s multiple and independently recognised capital market expertise. The investment strategies for the basic investments and individual thematic investments were designed by ICM. ICM’s investment committees are independent for each asset class and also have multiple redundant members.<\/p>\n

A particular focus in future will be on expanding sustainable investment strategies. Customers already have the option of opting for sustainable investments alongside traditional investments. This is where investify TECH will contribute its special expertise and take over ICM’s sustainability initiatives, from onboarding and customer sustainability preferences to regular reporting.<\/p>\n
