Always there for you, even in the Corona crisis

Currently, there is an issue that dominates both the media and our daily lives – the global spread of the Corona virus.

At investify, we take this issue very seriously and have implemented numerous measures to protect the health of our employees while continuing to provide you with a high quality service. Many of these measures are already part of our Business Continuity Plan. This ensures that investify remains able to act even in times of crisis. This has the advantage that we have only had to flip the switch and have not lost any time in developing and implementing new processes.

What did we do specifically?

Since investify is based in two locations and our sales department has many appointments with B2B partners, virtual cooperation is the norm for us. Necessary arrangements were already made by video conference before the outbreak of the pandemic, and all meetings are currently being held in this way.

We are also largely refraining from business trips at the moment so as not to endanger the health of our customers and B2B partners. Here, too, the exchange takes place by telephone or electronically.

The management of investify is convinced that employees perform best for our company when there is a high level of satisfaction. Therefore, we also offer the possibility to work from home. In order to break chains of infection and still be there for you, the home office is a sensible alternative to being present in the office.

However, employees at investify are also allowed to continue working in the office. However, we have installed “split operations” – this means that only one employee per team is allowed to be present in order to minimise the risk of transmission.

Are there any restrictions for our customers?

Very important – neither our customers nor our B2B partners have to expect any restrictions, we will continue to offer you our high standard e.g. in portfolio management and customer service. All of the above measures have already been tried and tested, and investify is ideally positioned in terms of both technical infrastructure and workflows.
