investify TECH teams up with Apella as another broker pool for wealth management

As one of the most significant broker pools in Germany boasting 3,500 distribution partners, Apella AG places its trust in the expertise of the Luxembourg-German technology and regulatory provider investify TECH for the digitalisation and expansion of its securities business.
Already today, the broker pool, founded in 1993, provides its affiliated agents with an extensive service offering for investment funds, insurance and financing. “Our aim is to enable our agents to operate on differentiated markets freely and without limitations”, said Guntram Schloß, member of the executive board at Apella AG. “For this reason, digitalisation is of particular concern to us. It is meant to make work easier for our agents while taking over regulatory tasks at the same time. With investify TECH we now have an excellent partner by our side to face these challenges, who implements our wishes efficiently and excellently within the scope of wealth management. The fact that investify TECH has gained such extensive experience with other liability umbrellas and broker pools will certainly prove useful.” Within the umbrella liability, Apella works both with tied agents and with brokers holding a § 34f financial investment broker license.
In future, existing structures in wealth management will be fully integrated via the investify TECH platform. This means that the various custodian banks of Apella can likewise be easily connected and used. In addition, the platform allows for a large number of strategies to be entered and administered. The agents benefit from fully digitalised end-to-end processes that work independently from the custodian bank and are thus very easy to operate. This, in turn, is also beneficial for the end customers: With the investify TECH platform, end customers benefit from having only one single access to their investment, irrespective of the custodian bank.
