Fonds Finanz establishes digital fund asset management for advisors with investify TECH

Fonds Finanz, Germany’s largest Allfinanz broker pool with 31,000 distribution partners, cooperates with the technology and regulatory provider investify TECH to establish a digital wealth management platform for registered investment managers. Starting in early 2025, the platform will allow investment managers of the broker pool to administer and sell their own model strategies.

The digital wealth management business model provides solutions for the challenges in investment advisory service, such as increasing regulatory requirements, rising costs and the changing needs of investors. With their own model strategies, investment managers, for example with permission under § 34f, not only ensure a consistent quality of all customer depots, but also respond promptly to changes on the capital market or in the funds business.

Using the digital investify TECH iP3 platform and the software tool EDISOFT Fondsanalyse. the partners at Fonds Finanz establish their own funds-based model strategies and distribute them to their customers. Depot opening and order interfaces to leading custodian banks on the broker market ensure fully digital execution. In addition to the platform, advisors can use an own service portal provided by investify TECH, including customer management. Investors can execute transactions independently and have access to a state-of-the-art browser- and app-based wealth cockpit. The model strategies are managed easily and professionally in the EDISOFT funds analysis developed specifically for this purpose. Fonds Finanz supports registered partners with its independent, long-standing expertise of the capital market and funds, both through a personal telephone advisory service and through extensive analysis and management tools.
