Fonds Finanz launches digital fund asset management WealthInvest

Published: 01.10.2025 | By investify

Fonds Finanz, Germany’s largest bancassurance broker pool, launches the digital fund asset management WealthInvest in collaboration with the technology and regulatory provider investify TECH. The platform for investment managers without a licence under the German Banking Act (KWG) was launched at the end of September 2025.

Using WealthInvest, investment managers with permission under § 34f can create and manage their own model strategies or select central portfolios. The platform helps to meet regulatory requirements, lower costs and remain flexible in the face of changing market dynamics and investor needs.

“With the new wealth management platform WealthInvest we now offer our partners a future-oriented and scalable solution for their investment business in a highly competitive environment,” claims Christine Schönteich, Managing Director at Fonds Finanz. “Advisors can implement their own investment philosophy while keeping flexible condition models.”

investify TECH Managing Director Dr. Harald Brock is equally enthusiastic: “Modern wealth management without comprehensive digitalisation is no longer conceivable in today’s world. Only those who use the advantages of digitalisation and platforms can offer their customers added value and make the best possible use of their own resources. In this regard, Fonds Finanz is leading by example.”

WealthInvest is a combination of investify TECH’s wealth management platform and the software tool EDISOFT Fondsanalyse. Advisors are able to create their own fund and ETF-based strategy portfolios and make them available to their customers. The tool provides targeted feedback about the suitability of the strategies as well as detailed insights into the portfolio’s structure, and enables a direct handover to the asset manager. The portfolio results can be presented visually and compared. In addition, portfolios of reputable asset managers, such as Dimensional Fund Advisors, can also be used, thus minimising one’s own management effort. Securities accounts are processed completely digitally via the FNZ and later also via the FIL Fondsbank (FFB). The intuitive platform provides advisors with an efficient and clearly structured customer management tool. Customer securities accounts can be opened completely online using a process that is both modular and easy to comprehend. In future, investors will also be able to open up a securities account directly online, without an advisor. A modern asset cockpit in the browser or app allows investors to view their securities account. Advisors can access securities account positions in the Fonds Finanz–MVP/CRMs.

To maximise investment performance, Fonds Finanz personally supports its distribution partners with its independent, long-standing expertise in capital markets and funds. Training in the form of webinars and workshops likewise provide ongoing assistance and best practices.

“WealthInvest offers our partners not only the possibility to manage multiple customers at the same time, but also standardised service and performance. This contributes towards the advisor’s brand and helps him further expand his customer base,” says Daniel Arndt, Head of the Investment Department at Fonds Finanz.
